Orders will be delivered within 7 working days of placing the order – depending on availability of stock. However, in situations beyond HippieShippie’s control, there may be circumstances when there is a delay. In such a case, you will receive a call from us confirming the earliest date of delivery for your product.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong info or recipient not present at time of delivery) any extra cost incurred by HippieShippie for re-delivery shall be borne by you.
Cash on Delivery is available for all of our products at an additional cost of 50 INR. For any queries, please write to email@example.com.
RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY:
- In the rare event that you receive a defective/wrong product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace your product.
- Please let us know your reasons for returns and/or exchange requirements within 3 days of receiving the order by emailing us at email@example.com
- We will accept returns incase you are not happy with the product.
- If you wish to exchange it for another size or design, we will do so, depending on availability.
- We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
- Please place the unused, unwashed, resalable t-shirts/ shirts with original tags in the original packaging.
- Our logistics partner will pick up the product after checking it, within 3 days of your return request.
- Kindly note if your pincode does not fall in the serviceable area for reverse pick up or if we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup, you will have to arrange the shipping of the product back to us. And we will refund the courier charges to you upto Rs 50. Please email us the courier bill/memo at firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to ship the product back to us within 3 days from the time you have received your order.
- In case of returns, Once we have received the products and a quality check is done, the entire amount will be refunded to your account. Incase it is a COD (Cash on delivery) order, the 50Rs COD charge will not be refunded. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment. The amount will be credited to your account within 3 working days after we have rec’d the product, provided it meets the above mentioned criteria.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers and shipping charges would apply.
- If the packaging of the product is damaged, please return it to the delivery person and do not accept it. Please write to us at email@example.com and inform us about the same. We will resend a fresh product within 7-10 days.
- We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund.
- All items purchased at the time of any Sale Event on our website, cannot be refunded/cancelled/replaced except in the case of damaged products and delivery of wrong products.

- No cancellations are entertained for those orders that have been placed during sale/festive events.
- Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible. We will refund/ replace your order incase it is lost in transit (for Online payments)
