Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?
All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
How do I know that my order has been confirmed?
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of your order including items purchased, order number and shipping address. If you want to get in touch, please contact us using the information provided in the email or Contact Us page.
Is cash on delivery (COD) option available?
Yes, you can pay cash on delivery. An extra amount of Rs 50 will be charged for all COD payments. This will be added when you select the COD option before checking out your order. Are there any COD charges?
Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?
It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card.
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will reach your doorstep within 7-10 days. This time period is subject to some variation in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Are there any hidden charges (sales tax or octroi) when I make a purchase on HIPPIESHIPPIE?
The prices mentioned on our website are inclusive of all overhead charges, including shipping, unless specifically stated otherwise. COD orders will be charged INR 75rs per order on receiving the product.
How do I check the current status of my order? Once we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with the name of the delivery service, the order’s tracking number and the link where you can check the status of your order. Apart from that you can track your order here .
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed? How do I cancel my Order?
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel/ change / edit the order within 24 hrs after the order has been placed. Our Customer service team will be glad to help you.
- If the order has been shipped, kindly don’t accept the order or make any payment (incase of COD)
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded into your account
What is HIPPIESHIPPIE’S return and replacement policy? Do you allow returns and exchanges?
· Please call us at our customer service to initiate return/exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery
· In the rare event that you receive a defective product or have a size issue, please Contact Us. We will replace your product.
· If you have ordered a wrong size – We will exchange it with the right size subject to availability.
· If you didn’t like the product and wish to return it, we will initiate a pick up and refund your money
· If the packaging of the product is damaged, please return it to the delivery person / donot accept it.
How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return?
The time taken for refund depends on the payment instrument used for the original order.

What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days For any further clarification, you can email us email@example.com
How do I return a product to HIPPIESHIPPIE ?
Please call us at our customer service to initiate return/exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be damaged or tampered with.
- Our logistic partner will pick up the product after checking it, within 3-5 days of your returns request.
- The entire amount will be refunded into your account only after a quality test. Details of account to be provided by you.
- Wash with cold water.
- Hand wash.
- Only non-chlorine bleach when needed.
- Tumble dry low when needed.
- Cool iron when needed.
